**School Fees are due by the 5th of each Month**
School Hours of Operations
All pre-school children should
report to school no later than 9a.m. A grace period of 15 minutes is
allowed for late arrivals. Site supervisors will not permit students
to enter any pre-school building after 9:15a.m. It is very disrupting
for teachers and students when children are late, and interrupts the C.E.C.C.
academic curriculum. After 9:15 a.m., you may go to the Main office
(Cortelyou & Marlborough Students) and request a late pass for your child to
be admitted into their school program. A late pass will be granted
once per semester.
Grade School children must
report to school by 8:30 a.m. Late arrivals will be admitted, but will not
be sent to their class until second period class.
Our Pre-School programs ends
at 5:45 p.m. with a grace period of 15 minutes up until 6 p.m.
After School Programs end at
6:30 p.m. with a grace period of 15 minutes up until 6:45 p.m.
Please try your best to ADHERE
to the openings and closings of our school buildings. This is for the
betterment of school operations and the academic success for all of our
